All rates quoted are per room per night, and are inclusive of VAT.

Smoking
All our bedrooms are non-smoking. There is a £50 penalty fee to be paid if you smoke in your bedroom.

Cancellation Policy:

If booking is cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to arrival no deposit taken (or any deposit paid refunded). If booking is cancelled 14 days or more, but less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, £25 per person taken.

Within 14 days of arrival - full price of accommodation taken per person. Substantial charges (as well as loss of deposit) can therefore arise from cancelled room and holiday bookings, even in the case of illness. A confirmed booking is a legally binding contract. We advise all clients to insure against financial losses due to cancellation.

Booking Procedure:

Contact the hotel either by e-mail, fax, telephone or by using the on-line booking facility on the hotel's website. Booking is confirmed by payment of a deposit of 50% per person, refundable in the terms stated above, either by cheque or credit card.
