Scottish Field Review awards Opus One four stars!
January in Opus One kicked off with a fabulous two page review in the prestigious Scottish Field magazine.
Reviewer Cate Devine gave Opus One a very impressive four star rating and some of her comments were as follows:
" Cured loin of Perthshire roe deer, served in seven rose-centred slices and with little pastry parcels of shoulder confit, was achingly delicious and certainly worth the attention of the Michelin inspectors."
"We left reluctantly, but seared by the impression .... Might ... open an Opus Two? And could it be in Glasgow please?"

Opus One is proud to announce we have been awarded a Silver Medal from Eat Scotland.
A Silver Award is given to those EatScotland participants who consistently exceed the EatScotland entry standard in a high proportion of the areas assessed. Establishments holding a Silver award represent some of the best eating places across Scotland, and are well worth a detour to experience.
